The Weekend's Gone Past Its Speed Limit

oh, 'tis a depressing day indeed.

the weekend's gone by so fast! before I know it, gossip girl disc 4 is finished and disc 5 has been passed over; mita has gone and bought her dress for the dance despite telling us she was going to shop for it with us; saturday's dinner with sher & family is already over; and TOMORROW'S MONDAYBLUESDAY. darn it.

good thing is, the day AFTER bluesday is tuesday the holiday, and my dad has promised that if I wake up early he'll bring me to platinum. yesss!

since my mum's in singapore and will be returning tuesday, my original plan for this weekend was to go platinum and get those fringed boots I've been drooling over. however, while I remembered that my dad in a good mood will sponsor most of the random stuff I feel like buying, I overlooked the fact that that's mostly in spacious, A/C-filled areas like Emporium, not packed-like-sardines-but-still-A/C-ed drool-till-you-drop places like Platinum.

so yesterday we went Emporium and bought a pink cosmetics case for sway-sim and a matching one for mum, as well as a photo frame for the picture of joseph & I that sway-chick just developed. dinner was spent with chips, pizza, kfc, football and gossip girl. mmm!

today, we went to church- 2nd last CCD class! this saturday's our retreat. grrrr. plus confession. "my last confession was... some time ago." I don't even remember. eek! after church we went to emporium, where we got joseph this adorable shirt that says Don't Bug Me! as well as the cutest monkey plush toy you ever saw. I named it Moses the Monkey, because Moses sounds like Mosef which sounds like Joseph. right??

hung out with joseph for about one-two hours eating ummm! milk ice cream and just hugging him, until his good mood expired and he decided he didn't want to sleep. however, before the crying bout, sway chick managed to take a cute pic of him cuddling moses, and I'm going to post it next.

then went back home where I touched up my nails and nearly fell asleep on the bed. put on a hydrating mask thing, which was so cold it woke me right up. turned on A/C and internet, and here I am now! needing to compose my To-Do list cos I forgot all about h/w. thank goodness I don't have much to do- I think.

Finish 'Pobre Ana' by Monday; be ready for quiz. (YESSS! NO MORE ANA!)
Work on G.S. Reflection- this is optional though, because we'll have class time to work on it on Monday. I need to check how much I've done exactly.
Spoke Diagram for Humanities, due Wednesday.
Check 11-7 if I'm feeling hardworking. I'm 99% sure I got the last two questions wrong because I had no idea what the hell they were talking about.
Do background research for Dreamers of the Day and post to M.A.
