For Once I'm Lost For Words
What is more beautiful and worth listening than Bernadette Peters singing Unexpected Song from the musical Song & Dance? So I didn't do a
sneaker icon collection for The Art Collaboration (DA photography's collection of sneaker shots was kind of disappointing). But I did manage to produce one pretty vintagey-looking icon! Which I haven't submitted to TAC yet because it's only one :( You can find 8 others (latest batch; I've submitted quite a few batches lately :X) at
www.theartcollaboration.blogspot.com yah (:
Today after Easter Mass (EASTER! Haha the song My Lord, He died for a kingdom... always seems to make me kind of hyper) brothers, mum and I went to Parkway Parade! which was so awesome 'cos I was planning to go there anyway. So we ate at Fish & Co. (salmon... try their lime cola mocktail, it's awesome!) and then of course I had to forget my Border's gift card from my last birthday. It's on my desk in Bangkok, blast it. So we went to Sasa, where my brothers helped me pick out a turquoisey sparkly nail polish from three choices (dark blue, this awesome vivid green and turquoise). (I'm wearing it now on all my nails! It's so pretty and shiny! If you like mermaids.) And also bought this pretty awesome turquoisey (yes, I'm into turquoise, ever since I read InStyle and saw this model wearing turquoise eyeshadow that was oh-so-pretty; then again maybe it wasn't turquoise, more of like royal blue-meets-turquoise: I already have turquoise eyeshadow from silky girl, it's so awesome) eyeliner from Pupa, which I have to share with mum 'cos it was kind of ex. But my bet's on her not using it because she herself asked me if I really wanted to buy it 'cos it was so bright ("all the more we should buy it, my dear").
Anyway, more later (or tmr). It's 11.25 PM! blast it, Easter just flew by like Humpty Dumpty on legs.
[IDK where that simile came from.]
HMMA TOMORROW!
Tata's in Cha-am, Nimarta & Nimanee's in Pattaya and I'm in Singaporeeeee (: nightnight.
I'll come running,
